"This is a fun recipe for a Thanksgiving tradition. I am gluten free, so I used almond crumbs instead of graham, which turned out amazing. Any gluten free flour would do. I also cut the sugar in the cheesecake down to one cup, which is plenty and subbed flour for cornstarch (1T per 2T flour). Turned out fabulous. My cream cheese wasn't thoroughly w""
