Reviewed dry aged prime rib roast

Made this yesterday for Christmas, WOW!! Dry aged it for 8 days, great flavor and we used butter knives to cut it. Rub was wonderful, not salty and it added a real nice flavor. I drained off the carrots, onions and garlic from the pan and served them as well. They were unbelievable, what a great bonus. Guy, you're the best.

Made this for the first time and it came out great, WOW. Gravy was rich, full of beef and mushroom flavor and the meat just fell apart. My wife says I can make it again, :) but next time I'll also add extra wine and broth."
