Reviewed Pork Chops with Mustard Bourbon Sauce

I love to use the flambe method of removing the alcohol and to deglaze the pan. This recipe is not only fun to make but the results are quite tasty. Don't skimp by using cheap or yellow mustard on this dish. It makes all the difference in the taste.
