"I love Paula's recipes, but this one missed the mark for me. The marinade had a great taste--but it roasted to be so dry! I think it needed more liquid. If I try it again, I may try the beer on the bottom roasting pan, and also cook it at a lower temperature"

"I could not find the teriyaki dry marinade, so I used McCormick's Luau flavor. I cooked the pork in all the marinade, and when it was done, I took out the veggies and cooked the sauce in a saucepan until thickened, and mixed into the pork. I used it as an appetizer for sliders. A dollop of cole slaw and they were read to go. "
