Reviewed Curried Chicken Salad

I've made this several times. Absolutely fabulous. I decided to add 2 and 1/2 cups of Minnesota wild rice to bring some texture and a bit of nutty flavor. (Don't overcook the rice-it will get mushy). Toasted pumpkin seeds to top before serving also. Darn good. "
