This salmon is absolutely delicious! I didn't used to like salmon at all, but I am now a convert. As this is very Atkins-friendly and oh so quick and easy, it is my #1go-to salmon recipe. When making it for just me, I find it easier to broil it 6" from the heat for 9 minutes (I don't care for it rare, 7 minutes if you do.) This really is eye-rolling...

It is SO rude to the chef to give a low star rating when you haven't made the recipe and you're just asking a question or saying you plan to try the recipe. That lowers their overall rating, based on nothing to do with the recipe.
