Reviewed Asian Grilled Salmon
"This salmon is absolutely delicious! I didn't used to like salmon at all, but I am now a convert. As this is very Atkins-friendly and oh so quick and easy, it is my #1go-to salmon recipe. When making it for just me, I find it easier to broil it 6" from the heat for 9 minutes (I don't care for it rare, 7 minutes if you do.) This really is eye-rolling good. Thanks, Ina!
Reviewed Oven Roasted Broccoli
"I found this recipe when just searching for the temperature and time it takes to roast broccoli, and I thought, "I'll try it, but how good can broccoli be?" I mean, I like broccoli fine... it's in my Veggie Top 10, but broccoli's broccoli. Well... heh.... I actually just binged on broccoli. I'm in the strictest phase of Atkins right now, so I skipped the Panko, and actually ate my carb allotment worth of broccoli standing at the oven and before even adding the parmesan. Oh well, it was obviously plenty tasty! Yum!!!
Reviewed Low Carb Praline Pumpkin Pie
"At first, having read all of the reviews stating that you could fool people that this was a regular pumpkin pie or that it was the best pumpkin pie they'd ever tasted, I was disappointed. Each serving after the first, though, increased my opinion of this pie. If you're looking for a great substitute for pumpkin pie while eating low-carb, this definitely fits the bill, but don't expect the best pumpkin pie you've ever tasted or that you can fool people who don't like artificial sweetener. I would love to taste more spice (even though I added more than is called for) so I will keep trying to tweak it to my taste. Overall, though, I am very happy to have found this recipe and will make it again and again.
Reviewed Crispy and Creamy New Potato Pie
"It is SO rude to the chef to give a low star rating when you haven't made the recipe and you're just asking a question or saying you plan to try the recipe. That lowers their overall rating, based on nothing to do with the recipe.
Reviewed Vegetable Parmesan
"Toby, I agree about the spam, but if you have not tried this recipe, and you're posting something other than a review for the recipe, it is SO unfair to the chef to use ONE star. I saw average rating three stars and almost didn't look at the recipe, even though I had high hopes for it based on the episode. Better to have 5 stars and let someone read all of the legitimate reviews to decide whether to try the recipe or not.
