Reviewed Panettone Bread Pudding with Amaretto Sauce

I saw Giada make this on her tv show and ran out to find panettone when the show was over. I have made this many times over the past few years, always making double the sauce. I also leave the crust on, and have found that adding slivered blanched almonds to the pudding adds a nice crunch.""
