Reviewed Chocolate and Cheese Danish
"Just made these with a couple of changes; I used fresh blueberries instead of chocolate chips and I added a half tsp of Cardamom. I also just used the leftover egg white with a tsp of water to seal and glaze them. They are amazing, but when I make them again I will cut the sugar to 1 1/2 Tbls; the mascarpone is already sweetened."
