My Activity

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"Besides the turkey, this was the biggest hit for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved it! I did forget to add the topping (cooked most of the food without help so forgetting the topping was nothing to stress about! At least I didnt over cook the turkey), even without the topping this man n cheese had the perfect crunch/cheese mixture! I was a little nervous before it went into the oven because I didnt think I had enough to feed everyone, but I actually ended up with a small container of leftovers

Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese

"Besides the turkey, I think the Mac N Cheese was the biggest hit for side dishes! I was working mostly alone in the kitchen and forgot to put the topping on top, but it was still great!

"Yummy yummy yummy!!! After we stuffed the sweet potatoes, we cooked them a little longer than the time called for and the brown sugar was crunchy and fantastic!

Reviewed Not Your Mama's Green Bean Casserole

"Great recipe! Even my family members who do not like mushrooms loved this recipe! I had a little trouble with the onions turning out the way I wanted them to and my helper in the kitchen mixed most of the onions into the green beans rather than save some for the top. It still turned out fantastic and was enjoyed by all

Reviewed Brined Herb-Crusted Turkey with Apple Cider Gravy

"This was my first year hosting a Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I have never made a turkey, or even a whole chicken in my life! This turkey was amazing!!! Between 5 people, over half of a 15 lbs turkey was gone!! Everyone just loved it. The crust was fantastic and the meat was super juicy, I cant wait to enjoy the leftovers (oh yeah, we had dinner on Friday because of Thursday work schedules. We did not really like the gravy though, adding the cider made it very very bitter, so I added some chicken bouillon to try and counter act it. Even then, it was still too bitter for us to enjoy. It was ok though, the turkey was so fantastic I didnt even want to have gravy on it
