Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina

Loved it. Doubled the pasta; used ditalini. Doubled the tomatoes; used tomatoes seasoned with chiles. Pasta was a little hard, there was not enough liquid for it to finish cooking. Next time will add some tomato sauce. My teenage boys ate it all up. Even my finicky eater!""
