About Me
I do make the greatest enchiladas beef or chicken, they are great! Everyone wants to know when I make them.
I love to cook, bake, sew, gardening, and riding my little motorcycle.
I am famous for my potatoe salad, tuna salad, sweet potatoe bake,or just baked sweet potatoes/irish potatoes, baked, mashed or fried, fried or baked chicken, seasoned green beans, red/brown beans and cornbread. Fried/baked pork steaks, same with chicken and love to cook a great roast with all the veggies! Bbqing on the grillwith my own bbq sauce is what I love the most, what else can I say? Whenever it comes to a Southern Cook In Oklahoma, I rate pretty well. When I cook no one declines an offer to come and eat.
My favorite restaurant is...anywhere where they are able to serve up a southern style meal!

What is there that I don't like about food? Just not a lot of seafood! I like fried shrimp but.....I do like Captain D's restaurant.
