Reviewed Roasted, Smashed and Loaded Potatoes

"These are yummy! I will be making these again. Outer skin really crispy with a soft mashed center. They taste like a cross between a twice baked potatoe and a potatoe skin. Reviewed Blackberry Jalapeno Glazed Pork Tenderloin

"Wow!! This recipe is probably the best tasting pork tenderloin I've ever had. Moist and tender from the brine, sweet and spicy, not dry. Cooked it on the grill to a light pink stage. I don't like my pork tenderloin well done. I'll probably make it with 2 peppers next time. Roasting the jalapeno mellows out the spicyness. I also noticed that on Guy's video he mixed the cornstarch with red wine, not red wine vinegar as shown on the recipe. I mixed the cornstarch with the red wine and added a tbls. or red wine vinegar to this. "

Reviewed Autumn Chicken Pot Pie

"This pie is unreal. The best I've ever had. The crust is amazing with the cream cheese, giving it a creamy flavor similar to a fresh croissant. I highly recommend this!

Reviewed Red Velvet Brains Cupcakes

"Love the brain idea with the frosting but I was very dissapointed in the texture and color of the cake. I was expecting a chocalate velvety light cake with some sweetness to it. Not enough flavor for me. I was also surprised how much oil was in the recipe. I like my velvet cake mix out of the box.
