Very tasty! Used chicken stock (7), water (2), and white wine(1). Added wine with carrots celery and potatoes and added 8 oz. of mushrooms which I believe is like adding more meat. They really soak up all the yummy flavors. Vegetables were a little firm so I will next time add in after an hour of cooking so they cook for 2 hours.

Wow!! This recipe is probably the best tasting pork tenderloin I've ever had. Moist and tender from the brine, sweet and spicy, not dry. Cooked it on the grill to a light pink stage. This pie is unreal. The best I've ever had. The crust is amazing with the cream cheese,giving it a creamy flavor similar to a fresh croissant. I highly recommend this!

Love the brain idea with the frosting but I was very dissapointed in the texture and color of the cake. I was expecting a chocalate velvety light cake with some sweetness to it. Not enough flavor for me. I was also surprised how much oil was in the recipe. I like my velvet cake mix out of the box.
