Hey! I love ree, and I know this is going to be amazing. I have a question; what is the longest this can be marinaded? I want to make this for a Sunday lunch, and I'm wondering if the chicken can be placed in the marinadethe night before. Please help :) any input would be greatly appreciated.

This came out pretty good for roasted chicken. I used bone-in chicken thighs, and stuck a lemon slice under the skin of each thigh. I roasted for 45 minutes.
