"Very disappointing. I followed someone's advice to saute mushrooms & onions and I did that after the pork came out, so I think those sucked up all the pan drippings. "I skipped the pesto oil and I sliced my veggies really thin so I didn't roast them first (just baked the whole thing together) and it was very good. I was really worried because when I tasted the sauce it was exceptionally salty (didn't use anchovies) from the olives and capers and my mom thought the red pepper was too much, but eaten all together it was delicious.

Reviewed Penne with Turkey Meatballs

"I made the meatballs with my own sauce and they were good but in the preparation the meat was really sticky when I tried rolling them into balls. The only variation was I used egg whites instead of whole eggs and I cut down on the amount of Romano cheese. I also baked them and they came out very good. Maybe I need to add more bread crumbs next time??

"Delicious! I made the apple sauce without the brandy and just filled the crepes with that (no ice cream) and they were great for breakfast (although pretty sweet so I might use less brown sugar next time).
