Reviewed Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut with Ponzu, Lemongrass Sauce, and Lemon Rice Pilaf
"Delectable dish! This took a lot of work and time to make, but in the end you will be greatly rewarded! Since halibut was out of season, I used swordfish. The flavors of the lemon rice pilaf, the watercress, and ponzu swordfish really went well together. My boyfriend and his mother were also truly impressed with this dish.
The downfall about this recipe is that it is written in a confusing manner which made for a very time consuming dish. I am working on reorganizing this listed recipe so that it is more structured. (I'll post it soon)
Other than that, great dish!
