Reviewed Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut with Ponzu, Lemongrass Sauce, and Lemon Rice Pilaf

Delectable dish! This took a lot of work and time to make, but in the end you will be greatly rewarded! Since halibut was out of season, I used swordfish. The flavors of the lemon rice pilaf, the watercress, and ponzu swordfish really went well together. My boyfriend and his mother were also truly impressed with this dish.
