"This was the first spaghetti carbonara recipe that I attempted that actually worked the way it was supposed to, and it was a revelation. Now, I get why people like carbonara so much! Great and fast recipe, although even following this recipe exactly, I feed four people with it. ""
About Me
I enjoy baking and cooking, both. I do most of the cooking for my immediate family, which includes my mom, older sister and brother-in-law. Twice a year our family grows to include my daughter, niece and younger sister and brother-in-law, which makes cooking...interesting, going from 4 to 8 people. Lots of picky eaters in my family too, so that makes cooking creative. I enjoy going on cooking sites and trying different recipes, making them my own with little tweeks here and there.
