"This dressing is absolutely delish! I've always used my mom's "ligtened up" recipe which is very similar to this but with light mayo. I never thought of omitting the mayo entirely. I was a bit hesitant as I was used to the consistency with mayo but this surpassed my go-to recipe! I'll now be using this from now on and will feel even better knowing"
