This was really great. I had some frozen Halibut fillets in my freezer and also a large piece of COD so I made both. I used canned San Marzano tomatos and squeezed out the extra juice and seeds and I only had green olives stuffed with peppers which added enough kick that I didn't add any red pepper flake. it was AMAZINGLY TASTY, my husband love"

I was not a fan of either the salmon flavor or the cabbage saute. Sorry, but this was a miss for me, the cabbage sauce was really runny due to the additon of the vinegar and the stock at the last minute. Really no strong flavors. This was really good, I seasoned the cabbage with Mirin, lime and toasted sesame oil, added Adobe to the mayo and didn't add the milk since we were out. I added mexican chili powder to season the fish and the batter and didn't have to coat the fish with dry mix prior to dipping. LOVED IT!"

Very tasty, very easy...I questioned the 138 degree finishing and I broiled the top to make it brown and more appealing, but it was very good. Use leftovers to make great pork loin sandwiches!"
