Reviewed Lemon Curd Trifle with Fresh Berries

"What a treat - it got rave reviews! However, I agree about the lemon curd - I clocked in 40 minutes of vigorous whisking before it all came together but man, was it worth it! I will never buy lemon curd in a jar again. It made the dish. Speaking of lemon curd, I took one reviewer's advice and used 3/4 cup of lemon juice. For me, that was 3 1/2 lemons not 4. Tastewise, it came out perfectly tart but not overpoweringly so. I also used a Betty Crocker box mix for the pound cake. It was butter flavor and not lemon and I thought it was perfect. Thanks Tyler! Your recipes never disappoint!
