Reviewed company pot roast

The meat turned out tough and the flavor was very tomatoey, which was not the traditional pot roast flavor. I expected it to much more tender and flavorful. We ended up throwing away a lot of the meat, which was unfortunate.

Delicious and creamy! I used 3 Via packets and it had plenty of coffee flavor. I also stirred in some chocolate chips and toasted almond slices to give it some more texture, which I definitely recommend!"

Followed the recipe and it turned out a bit bland. Everything smelled wonderful while it was cooking but the final product just lacked the flavor my husband and I expected. Given the amount of time it took to make, I was disappointed with the lack of flavor. "

Delicious!! I used a bit more halibut than the recipe called for, and since it was a thinner filet than the photo I made sure to watch the halibut in the oven to ensure it didn't overcook. I did not use capers and added some fresh thyme leaves on top of the sauce when it was done thickening. I would recommend adding the parsley later into the sauc"
