Why are you leaving a bad review if you had bad yeast? Always check your yeast at the stage where it is supposed to become foamy. If it doesn't foam, start over with new yeast. A bad review for your non-working yeast skews the reviews and isn't helpful to the rest of us in determining the successfulness of a recipe.

Reviewed Outrageous Brownies

Honestly, this isn't my idea of a good brownie. Many of Ina's recipes are standards in my kitchen, but this is more like a confection or a torte than a brownie. On the positive side, this is a vehicle for chocolate -- more than 2 lbs in one recipe! However, when I want a brownie, I'm looking for chewy texture, and this has the texture of a flourless...
