Reviewed Cioppino
"A-MAZING! My husband thinks it ranks about even with the cioppino he loves from our favorite seafood spot, the Nantucket. I doubled the garlic she called for and used Pomi tomatotes...I think using great quality ingredients makes all the difference (same with the wine) - HUGE A and seriously one of the easiest dishes I've made in a while. This makes the regular Sunday rotation! :) Oh, I didn't even need the shrimp, the cod, salmon, mussels, and clams were PLENTY! :0)
About Me
I LOVE LOVE LOVE cooking! It is my therapy! I look forward to 5pm every day when I can turn on some music and get the kitchen smellin' great! My baby girls (2 months, 18 months, and 8 years) are always with me during this magical time and I'm so happy that they will have these memories growing up. My specialty is Italian, pasta and seafood. Really almost anything Mediterranean (I am a Greek girl)...I also cook some mean authentic Mexican, though.
