Reviewed Broiled Sockeye Salmon with Citrus Glaze

What a great easy recipe! Used light brown sugar since I didn't have dark brown, used juice of 1/2 lemon with the lemon zest out of 1 lemon since I didn't want to waste another lemon to get the extra lemon zest. Started ~5 inches from the broiler for ~ 4min then moved it up to the 3 inches fro the rest of the 4 min. Came out great and the whole "
