I found this recipe very easy to work with. I had no trouble with rolling it out like I do some doughs. I chilled my dough for about 4 hours before rolling out a small portion. I kept the rest chilled until I was ready to use. They bake perfectly for me. My girls had fun cutting out the animals and we did some pumpkins for the Thanksgiving season...
