"I thought the taste and ease of making this recipe was great. I'm not sure I would call these "bars." They had the consistancy of sheet cake. The topping was exellent. Maybe the recipe might be called pumpkin squares. I cut them small so the recipe yielded about 40. Took them to a non-profit meeting for refreshment and they were inhaled. "

"Clare this is a WINNER and then some! Tasty doesn't begin to describe this treat. I packaged it up in small decorative Halloween bags then gave it to friends. They went crazy over this bark. I made a second kind from a competitor's recipe and it did not get the high praise. Everyone has requested I forward the recipe to them immediately! ""
