Excellent! I have tried many recipes for zucchini gratin or squash casserole (if you live int he south) and this is the best. I used yellow squash and ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. Absolutely delicious!

I give this 3 stars! I think the recipe needs a lot of modification to tailor it to your tastes. The yucca was out of this world in flavor. The plantains turned a weird color and did not taste well. I reduced the meat amounts and did not add dried beef.
