"Have been making this tasty side since I saw Paula make it many years ago. Is always requested for family gatherings, especially Thanksgiving. Didn't change a thing. Don't over do the brown sugar though. Leave that for you sweet potaoe sides. Thanks again Paula!

Hello from Sunset Beach NC. Was looking for an easy recipe for Spanish/ Charleston Red rice recipe that was VERY easy to pull together. Have all the traditional recipes, but was just trying to see if there was something kinda quick-quick to be had Suggestions??
