"My rating isn't totally fair because I did change up this recipe. I had to use spinach because Swiss Chard is not readily available in my area. I also dislike any type of bean so, I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes. Based on my changes, I still give the recipe 5 stars. The sausage gives such a great flavor, totally different from what I have come to expect from soup."
