Looks great. I have always loved beef aux jus, making it at home is tricky for me Rural places do not have great local butchers. I think however that I can use one of the roasts I have in my freezer. Its just going to take time.I really enjoyed watched Jeff's show even though it aired early Sunday morning in Pacific time a bit too early for me....
