well i took the the cheesecake out of the fride and poured on my strawberry sauce i made,cut into it and found a few..things that i would have liked to change...1)it was sorta mushy and wet2)the crust.i would have liked to say it tasted great but i couldnt,because i didnt get any!!all of the crust stuck to the bottom of the pan And it was mushy(th"

i just put the cheesecake in the oven....but it had a lot of lumps in it because the whole time i was beating it i kept thinking how in the instructions it said not to over beat it...so now its all lumpy even tho i would like for it to be smooth
btw wen u put the cheesecake in the oven is it supposed to be 325*F??"
