"This was great, easy to make and healthy. I didn't want to trek out in the rain to buy arborio rice but I really craved rice pudding, so I used jasmine rice I had at home. "I love baking and this is SO simple. I only needed one crust so I halved everything and instead of shortening, I used another reviewer's advice and used about 2 tablespoons of extra butter (or 4 tablespoons for 2 crusts).
