Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars
"I have made these several times now and have varied the ingredients each time. The last batch I used peanut butter in place of half the butter and broke up a dark chocolate bar and stirred it in just before putting it in the pan. As far as getting them out after baking; no problem. I sprayed the pan and did not use parchment paper I just made sure they were completely cooled before cutting. These are a regular item now for me to keep on hand for the grandkids.
