Everyone loved them. I also used Simply Potatoes and made a "Benedict " by putting hollandaise on them. Next time I'm going to use "Southwest Simply Potatoes""

I found it took longer than the 3 hours and needed to add one more bar of the German chocolate. Discovered can refrigerate it and reheat over double boiler to reuse. Great since it makes so much. "

It was great. The only change I made was adding less spinach. We had out-of-town guests and needed something that could wait to be served. Since this is served at room temperature, it was perfect. Everyone loved it and requested the recipe. ""
