"This was excellent! Very creamy and heavy filling, but a perfect dessert. I made this into 12 individual pies in festive Halloween cupcake liners and topped w/ shaved chocolate for a gathering I went to. I also subsituted Neufchatel cream cheese and Lite whipped topping, it came out great. "

It was very good, especially considering it was a variation from the norm lasagna...definitely for a pumpkin/squash lover! I suggest using a bit less chicken stock when cooking the squash, as I used a bit more than a pound of squash, and still had a lot of liqu"
