It was not my favorite snickerdoodle! I thought it got a bit rubbery. I think using Crisco is a better option for this particular cookie."

Really good. Like the nutty taste from the whole wheat flour. I kind of like the Joy of Cooking's basic waffle better because of the butter factor...more butter = crispier waffle. But, these are really good too!"
