So easy and absolutely delicious! I followed the comments other people posted and used 1 egg 1/3 cup water in place of the 1 cup of water. Mixed in some mini chocolate chips at the end and used sprayed muffin tins rather than paper liners. Huge hit with everyone who has tried them, no suspicion of being "diet.""

Delicious, easy, and healthy! This will fake out any husband who wants to eat full fat ice cream -- little will he know that he's getting a serving of fruit! Crunchy PB works fine too, try it with a few mini chocolate chips sprinkled on it or Nilla Wafers. Enjoy!"

Really quick and easy, great for a mid-week meal. I used EVOO with minced garlic in the first step instead of infused oil. Also added about 1/2 c chopped onions to the hot oil followed by the meat (I used extra lean ground turkey breast to make it even healthier). Used 2T chili powder on the meat and a 10 oz bag of spinach to get more veggies. Ser"
