"This recipe is fabulous!Three members of my family who "do not like brussels sprouts" went back for seconds when I made this at Thanksgiving. I couldn't find the Pancetta so I substituted bacon . I'm making it again for Christmas. I too did not use the pine nuts because of allergies. It is still fabulous.
