"Would just like to comment regarding the two process cooking of this oven-fried chicken. Yes,you do fry first and then finish in the oven and yes, that does make for more dirty pots and pans and utensils but the upside of the two process cooking is that you get that wonderful crunch of fried chicken but you don't have to be standing at the stove frying chicken as family/friends are gathered at the table. Hope this helps to clarify as to why this two step process cooking does indeed make excellent sense."
