Easy, peasy and so delicious. I had never used the non-boil lasagna noodles before, wow it came out great. In the summer I use my own pesto, but in the winter I use the pesto from the jar, and it's still wonderful, just not quite as fresh tasting. Toasted some pine nuts and sprinkled them on top. Yum. Thanks for a keeper. "

I have made this recipe twice now, both times a great success. Made it this last time with venison and pork sausage, for some hungry hunters and they all raved about it. The spices are what make this dish, unexpected and yummy! Only thing I did differently was small dice the potato and cook a bit with the onions first. Thanks Chuck!"

Simple and delicious. What more can I say? Bought some extra thick chops (almost 2"), came out perfect. I love your recipes and techniques. Hmmmm, maybe I should move to France. Thanks, Laura. "

Excellent, delish, and beautiful. I was worried the turkey breast might come out dry because of not being covered at all. Nope, it was perfect, and full of juice. Only thing I changed was since I had no figs, I used chopped dates. Yummy. Thanks for a nice alternative to this year's smaller Thanksgiving dinner. ""

This is delicious bread. I used all the ingredients as called for, however after reading some of the comments about it being on the dry side I added an extra TB of butter. Even though I did add more butter, I was a bit disappointed with the texture, a little too crumbly. When I make it again, I will definitely add a whole stick of butter ins...

Excellent and easy to make. I too added lime juice, and I used a little less oil than the recipe calls for. I also added a quarter of fresh, seeded serrano pepper for a little kick. The perfect solution to those avocados that are too ripe to slice. What's really great, is this stuff lasts FOREVER. (Well, almost.) Doesn't turn yucky brown l...
