"I've made this recipe many times and my family loves it. I have altered it a bit though. I fry a diced onion in olive oil until cooked and mix it with an 8-ounce container of cottage cheese (instead of sour cream) in the food processor until smooth. Then I add the butter and eggs. The onions give it great flavor. "
