My Activity

Reviewed Company Pot Roast

"Made it last night for the first time. Not too labor or time intensive. Just thinking about the sauce makes my mouth water. Glad there is plenty left over for tonight's dinner. One of Ina's best recipes! Served with mashed potatoes. Tonight will try it with either pasta or egg noodles."

Reviewed Parmesan Chicken

"Such a simple recipe...I can't believe how tasty it is. The salad on top adds so much to the overall flavors. Another Ina winner!

Reviewed Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins

"First time ever making muffins. A piece of cake! Delicious. I did add an extra pint of blueberries. Turned out great. Ina rules.

Reviewed Raisin Pecan Oatmeal Cookies

"As usual, Ina RULES. Pretty easy recipe to follow. Brought to a picnic...the whole batch disappeared so FAST. Texture and taste of cookies was fabulous. I made one mistake...I was lazy and bought the pre-chopped pecans. I did roast them but I think the cookies would have had a stonger pecan flavor with whole pecans. So use whole pecans, roast them as Ina instructs, chop them up and add to the batter!
