"Good Enchilada recipe - better than average for sure, but still a little bit bland to my palate. Tried modifying it using roasted poblano peppers mixed with a mexican crema - that really helped. Also added spinach, goat cheese and carrots to the chicken mix and a bit of vinegar to the tomatillo sauce - I REALLY loved the mix of flavors after that.""
