Reviewed Penne with Treviso and Goat Cheese

I found this to be amazing!! I made some changes to the dish. I only could find radicchio in my grocery store. I also used less parmesan cheese and goat cheese then the recipe called for. But the goat cheese melted perfectly into the pasta making it creamy. I also used a 25 year aged balsamic vinegar that is awesome. I also did not use a lot...
