"This was great! I used 1/3 fat cream cheese and it turned out. It was slightly soft, but other than that, there were no problems.

"These are fantastic, but what's really cool is that you can double this batter and instead of rolling it in coconut and making thumbprints, use half to make the best butter cookies ever and frost them! I've tried dozens of sugar and butter cookie recipes to frost for the holidays, but this is by far my husband's favorite.
