Reviewed Squash Blossom Frittata Squares

This was my first time cooking squash blossoms. They were easier to work with than I expected. I really liked this frittata. I added the vinegar and turned up the heat and it came out fine. I lined my baking dish with parchment paper because I was afraid I'd never get it out of the dish. That worked well...

I followed the suggestion of the previous reviewer and just used a couple tablespoons of mustard. I increased the apple butter to a cup. With that modification it came out just great.
