Reviewed Beef Pops with Pineapple and Parsley Sauce

"Not really sure why this recipe got some negative reviews. The flavor is what made it so good. I made it this weekend and had some friends over and everybody raved about it. Don't skimp on the meat and I added red onion. It was wonderful and will be a go to recipe. Thanks Giada for another winner!""

Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast

"I must say that I was extremely nervous to try this recipe. I had told my Aunt about this recipe when she called me on Christmas Eve. I just new she was going to open the oven before the 3 hours were up. I kept stressing over and over not to open the oven. She called me New Years day and told me how perfect it turned out and I decided I had to try and make it. I went out and bought a standing rib roast (not on sale 65.00... LOL. I didn't really realize how hard it was going to be not to open the over or turn the heat back on. I felt the oven after it had been off for about 1 1/2 hours and it felt stone cold on the outside. I was so worried as this would of been a costly mistake. I followed the recipe as directed and WOW, it turned out perfectly. I didn't tell my hubby how much I had paid for it until after he ate it, he did say it was worth every penny. Thank you Paula for a fab recipe!
