Love to cook! Spend all my extra time (and money) on cooking. I have been stalking around RZ for some time and decided it was time to join.
I also like to can my own veggies. Just yesterday I made Jalapeno en escabeche! I hope to can some spicy green beans too.
Another one of my favorite foodie obsessions is fermentation. I am working on a yummy saurkraut from scratch. I also make many different cheeses and breads.
