Perfect guac recipe! I found that you DO need to drain and reserve the excess lime juice since I left it after listening to what some reviewers said and the lime juice was a tad overpowering. However I also added a small chopped jalapeno and it added just the right amount of kick in addition to the cayenne pepper. This will def be my go-to guaca"

Great and easy recipe!! I only had Aunt Jemima maple syrup on hand while making it which was a mistake since it didnt end up reducing and turning into a glaze, it kinda just turned into warm syrup. Otherwise the taste was great and next time I will be sure to use GENUINE maple syrup."

im not sure if it was the miso paste i used but i found this recipe to be extremely salty. i would cut down on the amount of soy sauce and add more sugar. overall the taste was good.
