"This is absolutely the best brining/roasting method for a turkey. I have used this as a guideline for several years, and the turkey always turns out amazing. I have taken some liberties with the ingredients, based upon what I had.... sometimes used real ginger or powdered ginger, chicken broth instead of vegetable broth. I do cook it with stuff"
