"This is easy and perfect. I used blueberries and peaches in place of the strawberries (I couldn't find organic strawberries). Other fruits would work too, I'm sure. It's a great excuse to use mascarpone."

"Wonderful cake. I had no problems with seizing. Make sure you cover the chocolate tightly before putting it on the heat, and be sure there's no moisture in the pan. It's true that the beating takes less time than the recipe suggests."

"I didn't use the crust recipe, so I can't comment on that, but the pie is absolutely delicious and the texture is perfect. The only issue I have with the recipe is the inconvenience of using a small part of a can of condensed milk, a small part of a can of evaporated milk, and part of a can of pumpkin.
